First Look: PUMA RS 9.8 Sci Fi

Whilst gravity is holding you down, courage is pulling you up. For those who dare to break laws of physics and societal rules, PUMA introduces the RS 9.8 Sci Fi sneaker with its futuristic silhouette as a nod to humanity’s interstellar desires. 

The name RS 9.8 refers to 9.8 m/s2, which is the approximate speed of gravitational acceleration near the Earth’s surface. 

Reach for the stars through the PUMA RS 9.8 Sci Fi with its black material mix on the upper, white midsole and heel detail, metallic-coloured toe burst panel and purple glimmer and orange colour pops.

 

The RS 9.8 Sci Fi, retailing for R1599, drops at PUMA stores and selected retailers from 1 October 2019.

First Look: Air Jordan 3 Retro - 'Knicks'

Along with classic Jordan 3 blocking, the shoe features New York-inspired royal and orange hits on a white-based upper, with traditional elephant print panels wrapping the toe and heel.

In a video of the retro shared by DJ Khaled, we see a tag bearing '04.08.88,' the date of a game against the Knicks in which Michael Jordan scored 40 points in a Bulls victory.

First Look: Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG - 'First Class Flight'

The Nike Air Jordan 1 'First Class Flight' sees a predominantly white makeover, with pops of yellow at the medial Swoosh, heel, and outsole. The white base is meant to mimic packaging used to ship documents, while the barcode and shipping labels on the heel and medial ankle collar double down on the first class, priority mail theme.

adidas + KANYE WEST announce the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Citrin

The YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Citrin is launching globally on September 23, 2019 with a recommended retail price of R3499.

The YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Citrin features an upper composed of multi-toned re-engineered Primeknit. The post-dyed monofilament side stripe is woven into the upper. The midsole utilizes adidas’ innovative BOOST™ technology.

The YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Citrin will be available at selected retailers.

First Look: Air Jordan 4 WMNS Retro - 'Mushroom'

Celebrating 30 years of Jordan 4s, the latest release sees a mix of tan shades and supple suede, that looks more luxurious lifestyle, geared towards casual wear but elegant enough for formal situations as well. The upper’s accents are provided by black trim and detailing on the signature wings, the laces, and the heel tab, as well as under the midfoot/throat netting.

A bold black leather tongue patch then presents an iridescent Jumpman for a compelling but not distracting deviation from the earthy palette, mirroring the stylings on the heel.
